I think we were in a position where we had a blanket approach, which was the right approach to start with, but I think we need to consider very carefully, particularly if we have a more severe form of the disease or another disease, where we have different situations arising in different parts of England, but also as we had in different parts the U.K. For example, some parts of the country can switch on the National Pandemic Flu Service without antivirals going all around the country when they might not be necessary.

Ainsi, certaines régions du pays pourront faire appel au Service national de lutte contre les pandémies de grippe sans que l'on ait à distribuer des antiviraux partout alors qu'on n'en a éventuellement pas besoin.
