(22a) The proprietor of a trade mark should have the right to take relevant legal actions, including inter alia the right to request national customs authorities to take action in respect of goods which allegedly infringe the proprietor's rights, such as detention and destruction in accordance with Regulation 608/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council 23a .
