Legal advisors or counsellors of asylum seekers and representatives of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees or non-governmental organisations designated by the latter and recognised by the Member State concerned shall be granted access to accommodation centres and other housing facilities in order to assist the said asylum seekers.

Recalls its observation set out at paragraph 85 of the resolution accompanying the discharge decision in respect of the financial year 2005, by which it requested easy access to information on who is represented in the various forms of expert groups and what their tasks are, and its observation at paragraph 86, by which it called on the Commission to publish the names of those people who take part in these groups, and the names of the special advisers which the individual Commissioners, Directorates-General or cabinets have engaged; asks that the names of all experts and counsellors in the Commission's working groups be made public;
