H. whereas the Report on the Protection of Civilians in the Armed Conflict in Iraq: 1 May – 31 October 2015 on the situation in Iraq by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and by the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq – Human Rights Office, published on 19 January 2016 states that: ‘The violence suffered by civilians in Iraq remains staggering. The so-called “Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant” (ISIL) continues to commit systematic and widespread violence and abuses of international human rights law and humanitarian law. These acts may, in some instances, amount to war crimes, crimes against humanity, and possibly genocide’;
H. considérant que le rapport sur la protection des civils dans le conflit armé en Iraq (1 mai - 31 octobre 2015), publié le 19 janvier 2016 par le haut-commissariat aux droits de l'homme et la mission d'assistance des Nations unies pour l'Iraq – haut‑commissariat aux droits de l'homme, dénonce le fait que "les violences endurées par les civils en Iraq sont effarantes"; que "le groupe dit de "l'État islamique d'Iraq et du Levant" (EIIL) continue à perpétrer des violences et des abus du droit international des droits de l'homme ou du droit international humanitaire de manière systématique et à grande échelle"; que "ces actes pourraient, dans certains cas, constituer des crimes de guerre, contre l'humanité et potentiellement de génocide";

Human-machine interface systems shall accommodate the progressive introduction of new, agreed and validated concepts of operation and increased automation, in such a way as to ensure that the tasks assigned to the control staff remain compatible with human capabilities, in both the normal and degraded modes of operation.
