First, I would like to move that there be appended to the proceedings of this committee all the briefs and submissions that we have received from people we were not able to hear from in person, including, in particular, I would draw to the attention of committee members the brief we received earlier today, this morning, from Quebec Minister Dutil, which includes some very interesting information.
