The Staff Regulations of officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of employment of other servants of the European Communities (hereinafter referred to as the Staff Regulations and the Conditions of employment respectively) laid down in Regulation (EEC, Euratom, ECSC) No 259/68 of the Council and the rules adopted jointly by the institutions of the European Communities for the purpose of applying the Staff Regulations and the Conditions of employment shall apply to the Director, the Deputy Directors and to the Europol staff engaged after the date of application of this Decision.
1. Le directeur d’Europol, ses directeurs adjoints et son personnel engagés après la date d’application de la présente décision sont soumis au statut des fonctionnaires des Communautés européennes et au régime applicable aux autres agents des Communautés européennes (ci-après dénommés respectivement «statut» et «RAA») fixés dans le règlement (CEE, Euratom, CECA) no 259/68 du Conseil , ainsi qu’aux modalités d’application du statut et du RAA adoptées conjointement par les institutions des Communautés européennes.

The Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities, the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the European Communities and the rules adopted jointly by the European Community institutions for the purpose of applying these Staff Regulations and Conditions of Employment shall apply to the staff of the Clean Sky Joint undertaking and its Director.
