Definition: Conduct disorder, usually occurring in younger children, primarily characterized by markedly defiant, disobedient, disruptive behaviour that does not include delinquent acts or the more extreme forms of aggressive or dissocial behaviour. The disorder requires that the overall criteria for F91.- be met; even severely mischievous or naughty behaviour is not in itself sufficient for diagnosis. Caution should be employed before using this category, especially with older children, because clinically significant conduct disorder will usually be accompanied by dissocial or aggressive behaviour that goes beyond mere defiance, disobedience, or disruptiveness.
Définition: Trouble des conduites, se manifestant habituellement chez de jeunes enfants, caractérisé essentiellement par un comportement provocateur, désobéissant ou perturbateur et non accompagné de comportements délictueux ou de conduites agressives ou dyssociales graves. Pour qu'un diagnostic positif puisse être porté, le trouble doit répondre aux critères généraux cités en F91.-; les mauvaises blagues ou mauvais tours , et les perturbations même sévères, observées chez des enfants, ne justifient pas, en eux-mêmes, ce diagnostic. Without prejudice to any other provision of Union law or Commission guidelines, the sponsor and the investigator, when drawing up the protocol and when applying this Regulation and the protocol, shall also take appropriate account of the quality standards and the ICH guidelines on good clinical practice.

(47) The rules on clinical investigations should be in line with major international guidance in this field, such as the international standard ISO 14155:2011 on good clinical practice for clinical investigations of medical devices for human subjects and the most recent (2008) version of the World Medical Association Declaration of Helsinki on Ethical Principles for Medical Research Involving Human Subjects to ensure that clinical investigations conducted in the Union are accepted elsewhere and that clinical investigations conducted outside the Union in accordance with international guidelines can be accepted under this Regulation.

1.11. Summary of the clinical investigation plan (objective(s) of the clinical investigation, number and gender of subjects, criteria for subject selection, subjects under 18 years of age, design of the investigation such as controlled and/or randomised studies, planned dates of commencement and of completion of the clinical investigation). As randomised controlled investigations usually generate a higher level of evidence for clinical efficacy and safety, the use of any other design or study has to be justified.

The measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Directive, inter alia by supplementing it, relating to the provisions on clinical investigation in Annex X shall be adopted in accordance with the regulatory procedure with scrutiny referred to in Article 7(3).
