Since we are in a festive Christmas mood tonight and I was not able to get on the list the other day when senators were paying tribute to my good friend Senator Grafstein whom I have known for nearly 40 years, I want to add my voice to the record about what an outstanding Canadian he is and has been in his contribution not only to Parliament and international affairs but also to broadcasting in Canada.
