6.2. The relative positions of the R point and the H point and the relationship between the design seat-back angle and the actual seat-back angle shall be considered to be satisfactory for the seating position in question if the H point, as defined by its coordinates, lies within a longitudinal rectangle whose horizontal and vertical sides are 30 and 20 mm long respectively and whose diagonals intersect at the R point, and if the actual seat back angle is within 3º of the design seat-back angle.
6.2. 6.2. The checking of the relationship between the two points shall be considered satisfactory for the seating position in question, provided the H point coordinates lie within a longitudinal rectangle whose horizontal and vertical sides are 30 mm and 20 mm respectively, and whose diagonals intersect at the R point. If this is the case the R point shall be used for the test and, if necessary, the manikin shall be so adjusted that the H point coincides with the R point.
6.2. La vérification de la relation qui existe entre les deux points est considérée comme satisfaisante pour la position assise en considération si les coordonnées du point H sont situées dans un rectangle longitudinal dont les côtés horizontaux et verticaux ont 30 mm et 20 mm respectivement et dont l'intersection des diagonales est située au point R. The Council wishes to continue and reinforce the strategy of the EU, namely in the following directions: - on substance, the improvement of market access will have to be pursued in a more active way, by developing the bilateral and multilateral negotiations on specific issues and by stressing the importance of horizontal questions and of full respect for WTO rules; - on procedure, this strategy will generate regular reports by the Commission and will be based as far as possible on coordinated action by the Commission and the Member States, particularly at the level of representations of the Member States and the Commission in Tokyo.
