Der für Ende 2003 geplante EU-Aktionsplan ETAP (Environment Technology Action Plan) schlägt konkrete Schritte und eine umfassende Rahmenstruktur zur Förderung der Synergieeffekte zwischen Umweltschutz, Wirtschaftswachstum und sozialem Zusammenhalt vor.
Het EU-actieplan voor milieutechnologie ETAP, dat voor eind 2003 op het programma staat, bevat voorstellen voor concrete stappen en een uitgebreid kader voor de verbetering van de synergie tussen milieubescherming, economische groei en maatschappelijke integratie.
