IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

− I voted for this resolution, which underlines that the Europe 2020 actions are of crucial importance to the future prospects of all European citizens, delivering sustainable jobs, long-term economic growth, and social progress; fears that the Europe 2020 strategy will not be able to deliver on its promises due to its weak governance structure, and strongly urges the Council, therefore, to strengthen the Community method; reiterates the importance of integrating the EU 2020 goals into the economic governance framework and calls for the European Semester to be part of the legislative governance package, while including national parliaments and social partners at an early stage in order to foster democratic accountability, ownership and legitimacy; stresses that the achievement of Europe 2020 is essential and not optional.
− (EN) Ik stemde voor deze resolutie die: het cruciale belang onderstreept van de maatregelen in het kader van Europa 2020 voor de vooruitzichten van alle Europese burgers omdat ze duurzame werkgelegenheid, economische groei op de lange termijn en sociale vooruitgang opleveren; vreest dat de Europa 2020-strategie haar beloften niet zal kunnen nakomen door de zwakke beheersstructuur en dringt er daarom nadrukkelijk bij de Raad op aan de communautaire methode te versterken; eraan herinnert hoe belangrijk het is de Europa 2020-doelstellingen in het kader voor economische governance te integreren en wenst dat het Europees semester deel gaat uitmaken van het pakket economische governance, terwijl de nationale parlementen en economische partners in een vroeg stadium bij de zaken moeten worden betrokken om de democratische verantwoordingsplicht, inbreng en legitimiteit te bevorderen; onderstreept dat het bereiken van de doelstellingen van Europa 2020 essentieel is, en niet facultatief.

Die Kommission sollte aufgefordert werden, neben der Option des ownership unbundling alternative Möglichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel das Modell der Unabhängigen Netzbetreiber (ISO) oder dessen regionale Variante, das Modell der Regional Independent Operators (RIO), auszuarbeiten.
De Commissie zou moeten worden gevraagd om naast de optie van eigendomsontvlechting alternatieven uit te werken, bijvoorbeeld het model van onafhankelijke systeembeheerders (ISO’s) of de regionale variant daarvan, het model van onafhankelijke regionale systeembeheerders (RIO’s).
